Fancy Dress Competition

Vidyaniketan joyfully celebrated Janmashtami, the birth of Lord Krishna, with great enthusiasm and devotion. The campus was beautifully decorated with flowers, rangoli, and vibrant cutouts of Lord Krishna, creating a festive atmosphere.

Students came dressed as Krishna, Radha, and gopikas, adding charm and authenticity to the celebration. The highlight of the event was a delightful cultural program featuring bhajans, dance performances, and a skit depicting the life and teachings of Lord Krishna. The "Dahi Handi" event was the most exciting part, where children formed a human pyramid to break the handi, symbolizing Lord Krishna’s playful nature.

The celebration brought immense joy to the students, who actively participated and learned about the rich cultural heritage. It was a day full of devotion, fun, and valuable life lessons, leaving everyone with cherished memories.
